I talked with the shop mgr and he had stated that they will send the bike back to the original shop Saugus Suzuki in Santa Clarita, CA that originally f'ed up the bike. At that shop, they will put it back to original specs and refund my labor for the turbo install (the 6 hour part) excluding the ballance of 7 hours spent installing lowering links???. BUT, they stated that if there is any missing parts I will have to pay for the labor and parts. They gave me a box of crap like the oil cooler and plumbing, air box and a few other things but I dont think that I should have to pay for any lost items or time. I am sure that they have not kept a catalog of my parts. This is BS!!! I am curious about what they will have as missing. Not to mention the turbo may be f'ed. I feel that I should sue these guys after they put it back to stock. What do you think.

Dyno and tunning is everything. The install can be done by many. The proper (hbest tunning can only be done by a handful.

Make a trade have the shop get you a stock engine, and let them keep the engine the destroyed. If that does not work have them get your engine back to the original specs and then start over.

essentially, the bike shop talked me into having my turbo installed there. The main wrench has done some turbos in the past. Long story short. It has been 14 months and bike is in pieces, litterally, and I am still waiting. I feel like I am getting burned on this one and a lawyer will cost more than the case is worth. What do I do!@

simple! YOU PUT A GUN TO HIS HEAD AND MAKE HIM AN OFFER THAT HE CAN'T REFUSE! THAT'S HOW WE DO IT HERE! AND WE HAVE SOME VERY FAST BIKES HERE.
