Good chrome source?

I'm in the Tampa, Fl area and the best price I can find is $650 for chrome wheels and $400 for chrome swingarm(exchange).That's with them doing all the tear down/install. What do you guys think? I can do the work myself if I found a better price.

DONT go to classic components in socal there customer service is $hit!!!!!! I have 1st hand experience.
