Problem is basic logic.

You'd spend thousands on weakening a gixxer frame to fit the busa motor in it and then need to really strengthen it to handle turbocharged power levels. Logic is simple, don't cut the frame. Buy a decent turbo kit built for the Gixxer (easy 300+hp) and do a big bore 1000 motor. Very similiar power in the end. Remember, the Busa beats the liter class ONLY in the torque department in reality.

Busa 550lbs/415whp=1.32lbs/hp
Gix 425lbs/300 whp=1.41lbs/hp
