Gixx1300r, who made the most conservative bets on both the ZX12R's top speed and 1/4 mile betting pools at LAbusas, has won it all! Congratulations!!!!!

Top speed pool total, $350. 1/4 mile pool, $375. Total winnings $725!

As clearly specified by the pool rules, the June Motorcyclist magazine test results, whether you agree with those results or not, have determined the winner. Those results were 183 mph for top speed and 9.96 @ 142 for the quarter.

Nick, please post here the mailing address to which you want the bettors to send their $25 U.S. each (or $50 for those who bet in both pools). Please also post that address on LAbusas "Bike Talk" forum, LAbusas "ZX12R" forum, and on Jeroen's ZX12R site on the threads of the same name as this one.

As agreed by all pool participants, you must send either a money order for $25 U.S. funds or U.S. cash for each pool you entered to the address GIXX1300R posts WITHIN 7 DAYS. No excuses, please. Members who do not remit to Gixx1300r in the agreed time frame will be posted as welchers. :D

But, what a crock. The bike is RESTRICTED which pisses me off more than anything. The Governments have no right. I may actually go negotiate for a 12R just to undo the restriction and give them a middle finger.

My $50 money order goes out Monday as well. I'll bet you see $700 of your $725. Everyone except "Fast Eddie" is still posting fairly regularly either here or on LAbusas.

Cams sound like a great idea. Especially free cams.
 
Whoops! "I bet" was just a figure of speech. I ain't no gambling man at all. Don't think I ever won (or lost) a hand of poker for more than $100 in my whole life.

Your pool has already lost $50 because of a legit bet retraction. But knowing the bettors for the regular posters they are I bet...I mean I'm sure...you'll be happy with the returns on your wager.
