Gen II undertail mod?

Has anyone done the fmous "dremel" mod on their rear mudflap? I've got an 09and I don't have the funds for an aftermarket undertail at the moment. Any help or pics would be appreciated.

It unbolts and for $20 or less on eBay you can buy a license plate holder and light.

wont there be a hole where the mudflap covered the taillight? what i mean is wont the tail light bulb shine throught the bottom?

you purchase lights that actually holds the tag on the after market lic. plate holder.

There are four little bolts that hold the entire mud flap on. I fabricated my own license plate bracket out of a piece of aluminum shower rod. I bought two license plate LED light bolts. The tag lights wire right into the OEM license plate light wiring.

trying this mod but the four bolts that hold the mudflap arnt budging!!!! I can see they have lock tite on them but damm!! What Am I doing wrong!!!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!
