Gen II Rear Carbon Fiber Rear Hugger

You're a partywrecker...:-(

But I think you're right...:beerchug:

I was thinking the same thing. I've had to change a fuse on the side of the road do to a turnsignal short. Its already a pain with the way zuk set these up. That would suck. I'm guessing it would be easiest to take off the left fairing and then carefully flex the cf dash up enough to get to the fuses.

My only choice is hoping in my good fate...
Never changed a fuse in 35k miles with my Zx12r...

Hope MR have improved the fit on the dash CF, I got one of the first sets when they came on the market and it was a crap fit; gaps everywhere, not only mine but 2 others here in AU as well had same problem - their other gear was fine though

After destroying the bike I havnt bothered to replace for mew bike too exe I rekon

After looking at all the pics of the rear hugger, I have a possible dumb question.
Besides aesthetics and personal preferance, what purpouse does a hugger provide. Aerodynamics or something?

It helps keep the rear wheel well a bit cleaner, as far as aerodynamics I don't know.
I purchased mine because it appeared to keep the road schmutz off the rectifier and add to the visual appeal of the bike.

as cheferman65 above said, the hugger helps keep crap off your rear end (specially when you ride over a wet spot). and yes, it does add some eye candy down there IMHO :)

Yes, the dash panel is PERFECT...but you're right...Sometimes MR makes some mistakes...My front fender needed to be cut a little to be mounted...
