Gen 3 braking feel 22 vs 24/25

Am I crazy or does the braking feel at the lever feel better on the 22?

I test rode two 24’s, a new 25, and a 22.

The 22 felt more firm with better feedback and better initial bite.

Am I nuts or anyone else experience this?

Chalk it up to individual bikes being different?

Maybe the 22 had brakes bedded in properly...

Is the 2nd go 'round of front master cylinder recall replacements on the '22 and '23 different from the mc's used on the '24 and '25?

Same stuff, different material seals, I believe.
