Gen 2 radiator assemby on a Gen 1

Hello All,

Does anyone of pics of the install of the Gen 2 assembly install on a Gen 1? Also how the temp senor install was done.

Yes I have that mod on my Gen1. I have an old pic of the sensor switch in one of my garage pics. There is really only 2 ways to do it, you can either run a remote switch to activate your fans manually and bypass the temp sensor switch or you can use a fan temp switch relocator Turbo System Parts : Fan Temp Switch Relocator


Thats really all you need besides the radiator. You can even use Gen 1 hoses and oil cooler if you want to but I decided to just go with a set of Samco hoses and a gen2 oil cooler. That temp switch relocator is real nice on that RCC turbo site, the one I have is a one off...... An old buddy of mine spun 1 up for me on his lathe and my busa has never ran cooler after that
