I checked the battery and it is leaking Ill take the bike in tomarrow and have it fixed it only has 600mi. on it . i think they should bring the bike back to like new cond. would this be your exp.

The battery should not have leaked period!
This is why I always say it is not the price but the quality of the Dealership.
When you take it back you will find the Quality of the dealership out.
The best way to approach this is calm,cool and explaining what you already said It should be like it was out of the crate.
and suggest that a Bike of this desgin would be unsafe with acid to weaken a swing arm.

the dealer said that any part that got acid on it will be replaced. Thanks for the help
