Fairing foam removal and glue?

How do I remove the foam from a fairing and what glue is used to put it in a new fairing? Is the old foam even re-useable? (It appears to be). thanks in advance

You can just pull it off slow. It all is not going to come off clean but thats what I did. I used bondo cause I had some left over from my fairing screens that works really well.
