I have noticed that I have a slight vibration at around 4500 to 4800 rpm and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. If so were you able to find out what it was or is this normal?

This is quite common and is caused by the crankshaft counter-balancer being a little out of balance. Being a production bike, the specs are going to be a little off from bike to bike. If you ever dig into the engine, go ahead and balance the crankshaft, but make sure it is with the rods and pistons attached.

Otherwise, there is no harm in the vibration.

Yes i have this vibration as well. Never bothered me as it doesnt appear at any cruising speeds only momentarily as i engage warp drive. Must be the plasma injectors.
