ECU Editor software cant download

Anyone have problem downloading the ecu editor software. I cant seem to get it to download on my computer. I hit the install link to put framework and installer 4.5 but i get a fatal error. Is it because im running windows 7 ...any help would be greatly appreciated

I have windows7 and just downloaded an update on sunday. I've had ecu editor with it for about 2 years with no real issues, but installing com port drivers wants to a be a problem sometimes. I don't know why it loses that setting either.
The maps that came with ecu editor on the disc now no longer work though(tried to load one into a friend's busa).
They worked fine before the update.

Bump from the past, also cant download on windows 8.

Anti-virus and firewall were preventing it. works now.
