Dynojet Power Commander III vs V

Just Purchased a Muzzy full exhaust for my 05 Busa. Any recommendations on choosing the Power Commander? The original III or the new model V? Any benefits either way?

OK educate me a bit.
What exactly is being done when ECU is flashed?
Is this entering a different fuel map into the ECU.
How is this achieved/performed?
Is a Power Commander still required?

Crucial that you have a tuner nearby who is savvy with the editor.

the 05's arent compatible with the pc5.

(they operate of a lambda sensor that gen 1's dont have.)

that only leaves you the pc3.

makes it easier to decide that way.

I have a PC5 on my 05 and its tuned. Works perfect. Got it cheaper than a PC3
