It's perfectly normal! It's just a drain hose from the oil vent system,when I first got my 99 busa I pulled off the cap and after 3-4 seconds of water/oil coming out I thought **** what have I just done?? lol,but I stoped! The previous owner obveasly new nothing about it, I've since fitted an extension pipe on mine to run it under the bike so it drains out without running down the engine case! Not that there's much in it now days, once a month or so drain it out and you will be fine!!!
