Does your idle ??

Went for a ride today, was kind of cold, and I noticed that whenever I stopped at a light (yeah I stop) my idle would bounce from 1,250 to 1,400, is that high, or normal to bounce like that ? I went out the other day, and it wasn't doing it(a lot warmer ?), it was sitting right at 1,200 rpm ?

Yeah, it wasn't the fast idle.


06 LE 8,800 miles......just had it serviced (oil change) around 500 miles ago.

My 06 LE use to surge just like your explaining until I did a TB sync, after that it hasn't done it since. hope this helps..

sorry dude. um I keep mine at 1400 all the time. but the bouncing around thing.....if that is the only time its happened I wouldnt sweat it. did you just put a tre on

does it only happen when the coolant temp is low? Could be vacuum related too, check lines and synch tb's can't hurt. it really shouldn't bounce though.

What's the mileage ? 8800!!!!!!!

You let the dealer change the oil ?

Throttle bodies probably need to be synched, if it's not your idle screw spinning like a top.
