Does anyone know a good way to clean and polish a Brock's exhaust?

Well I got a killer deal on a Brocks streetmeg system, and after I repacked it it sounds great! Simply amazing!

The only thing wrong with it was some melted pants material on the canister. Previous owner used it on his drag bike until he got a sidewinder.

I read a few places about using oven cleaner to remove leather and nylon from pipes etc.. But most of them are on chrome surfaces.

Since the brocks is stainless, how much of a pita would it be to use sandpaper and repolish the whole megaphone? Anyone have a good tip or advice or perhaps a similar situation?

All help is appreciated .org brothers.:beerchug:

I used to ride a cruiser and this stuff always took the melted boot spots off the pipes. It took a bit of elbow grease, but it worked.

The never dull is a good product. Wash the pipe and use a sos pad with just a lil pressure to clean it. Then use the never dull and 4/0 steel wool to take it off.

I will try that...

I guess if I scratch it I can just repolish the pipe since its stainless right?
