When I was in Toronto, there was a lady that was caught panhandling......

Her husband would drop her off somewhere in the area (in their brand new BMW), she'd be in character and wearing make up to appear disheveled and go set up in areas near coffee shops and eateries. Someone saw her get out of this car so the police set up surveillance as there is a big problem with this in Toronto...

She was making a fair bit of money by doing this, her husband and she lived in a nice condo in an upscale part of the city....

After this came to light, people stopped giving to the panhandlers....so in essence, her actions hurt others.....the crazy part is there is a non-profit organization that goes around to these panhandlers to give them necessities, even they were far more cautious after that....

My wife got rid of the one dog elevated cot and tried to spoil them with this. It’s the only time our female has shared with him. If he tries to sit there with her she will growl and bite at him. She has a hard time sharing.

That's a happy kitty.....

I miss when our cat would do this......it felt nice to have a fur buddy.......oddly enough, I was the only one she would snuggle with....

Hi. They pick who they like best. They are just like people. I work with old people ( NO at 76 I do not think I am old. Just look supercharge busa 36 yr girl friend ). I got to houses who have cats. Some of there cats come to see me. One person said there cat does not come to or anyone but me. One time back when I was bike buyer for Windmill Cycles a cat jumper into my lap
The owner said does not go to anyone.

Yessir. Miles, the boy, is a Catahoula/Pitt mix. Roxy ( Tater as I call her ) is a 2 yo Catahoula/Malonois mix. If she like you, youre good, otherwise she hates anything that gets close to our house that draws breath and still has a heartbeat.

I get that quite a bit as well....

My next door neighbor (who moved a few years ago) asked me to cat sit, I went over to see where everything was and a cat walked near so I grabbed it up and cradled it baby-style......they all looked incredulous as they said the cat won't let anyone pick her up.......she was purring away like we were old friends......

I get the same with dogs....our other next door neighbor has a beautiful German shepherd and when I first met him, he didn't bark at me which shocked them as they said he normally barks at anyone he doesn't know......he came over and nuzzled my hand so I would pet him....now everytime he hears my voice or sees me, he runs around looking for his ball so I will throw if for him.....II spent an hour the other day doing just that......

She was heavy when I adopted her 3 years ago. I measure her food and feed her Royal Canin's weight loss blend. She weighs 15 lbs but can jump on the kitchen counter so be nice
