The sad thing is, he'll NEVER pay a cent for the damage to his bike. You and other taxpayers might pay it for him. He only spent an hour in jail, and judging by where he hangs out, a rap don't mean that much to him.

Nope we won't end up paying for it. Court will make him pay while he is on "Probation" after(if) he serves jail time. By the looks he will just be on of those punks who will end up not paying and forever be in the system. It's a shame.

I bounced at a bar here in Delaware (for 6 years), and had some dude punch out my windshield ($350.00). All you do is take off your shirt (with the bars name, so they don't get sued), run out the back door, and meet this cat OFF CAMERA !! Just make sure that the people in the bar like you. Nothings better than 20 people saying "this guy just went crazy, and attacked the door man, for no reason".

Out back we would have gone...:rulez:

Thats not the way it's done..... you will have all his info from the police report let it percolate in you for few months, when he gets out, let it ride for a little longer... and when he least expects it you come at him with 2 years of rage an unleash that **** on him... leave him so he will be sucking his food through a straw for about a year make sure you wear black, black ski mask an gloves the whole nine yards... make sure there are no camera's around when the bats an fist of justice come down on him. burn all cloths an evidence afterwards.... thats what real justice looks like he definitely needs some of it..

yeah these 3 things would have def happened

1. got the ever living **** beat out of his penguin azz
2. get him arrested, deal with all that
3. then kick the living **** out of his penguin azz AGAIN

I saw a guy walk over to somebody in the street one night and absolutely knock there lights out for no apparent reason....and i mean smashed his azz out cold. It turned out the guy was getting a hotdog from the stand and was admiring his bike when he saw the other guy flip his ring over on his hand and grind it down the back of his tail section as he was walking by....HAHA you never know who's watching

I am no expert but I would go after him with a civil suit claiming damage to the bike and Future Traumatic Stress because I can feel a giant A$$ Whooping in the future.

Man that is sick. Not that it matters at this point but did he ever give a reason? Looks like he just walked up, pushed it over for no reason?!? Then waddled away. Does he really waddle like that, or did he crap himself?

Not sure I would have been able to stay as calm as you did.

Yeah, there are web sites you can go to, can't remember them off the top of my head, that will show you where anyone who has been convicted lives and what they did. I went to one a while back that brought up a map, showed where my house was and where the ones with a record where around me within a few miles. I was actually suprised to see how many where out there.

What a POS ---

He would've been dropped just like the bike -- but harder... and a few more times!
