Yeah right, thats the ticket! Rossi just got outroad on an unfamiler track, same as Hayden gets outrode in Europe most of the time. No fix just facts!!!

Read my post again!!  No Bet, I already said Hayden gets outrode most of the time in Europe.  And as the rest of the races are either in Europe or on European type tracks (read table smooth, flat, boring ect.) I would be a fool to bet against Rossi!  ( and I ain't no fool!)

Say what you want about Nicky and Rossi, but it sure was nice to have OUR flag flying over the top two podium spots. If you haven't seen the post race laps with Nicky, then I won't spoil it for you. But, I will say that by the time it was all over, my eyes were watering a bit. It was the father/son moment that got me.

nah....you guys got me wrong here.....its AWESOME that Nicky won!!!!!!!!!!! I just have my doubts, thats all. everyone is entitled to an opinion right?? If he won fair and square...........rock on.......cool for Nicky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God knows I can't hold a candle to the man....met him at BIR when he was racing AMA and he was a super nice guy!

...and no, I am the most likely person to not give a rats crap WHO won (just ask CB)......but I do know racing (even if it is horse racing) and Nicky was just the best THIS DAY. Even Secretariat (AKA: The Superhorse) got beaten twice (once in his first start and once due to a painful mouth abcess) hell, even the great Man O'War got beaten....ONCE......were the races fixed?? NO! It just wasn't there day!

Ever heard of Snow Chief....talk about a crappy no-breeding colt who WON the Kentucky Derby! How about John Henry?? Gelded because he was too mean to handle...even at 30 years of age now, he is still to mean to handle! John Henry was a crappy bred crooked legged, ill tempered horse from hell....but he was all-time leading money earner until Alysheba dethroned him by passing the 6 million mark.


Ok, enough of the horse racing history...my point is this...

Just because you are not THE best all the time...doesn't mean you can't be the best for ONE day or one moment in time.....

....also, Nicky is still young...who knows, this may be the first of many to come.....
