Amazing..How do they work...
led strips in the rims can be programed to flash at the right times while the wheel is spinning creating a picture or what ever you want... timing would be everything for something like this because of the varying wheel speed...

12500 for the 22's are still a bit rich for me. I would rather buy another Busa.

VERY INTERESTING! This gives me a great new direction for creating my Busa cloaking device I been thinking about. I was thinking LCD panels, but maybe these multicolor LEDs might work! ...looking for investors now...

sorry.. didnt mean to waste your time...
Don't apologize... First time I've seen the rims and appreciate you taking the time to share. I never understand why people take the time and effort to respond with "repost" or "I've already seen that".
I think that the rims are a pretty cool idea. Good for them for being able to get that kind of BIG money for them! Wonder if you have to buy a separate Insurance policy for the rims?

I'd put pictures of mice running on the inside of the wheel... or Fred Flintstone feet running hella fast.

$12K for that crap? I wonder if there will be enough crack dealers to keep them in business?

It's not exactly high tech and you can build a kit for your bicycle in a few hours. Kits start off at $37 bucks.

PacMan Wheels

Should be easy to adapt to any car wheel as long as a water proof casing is used and the wheel is counter-balanced opposite of the circuit board.
