Got this one a couple of days ago, THis thing is light!!!! Its got US DOT, CE, And Italian safety ratings, a bit expensive but its much quieter than the other 3 hemets I have, so I'm happy.

This helmet is first class, I was a liitle surprised as the company is primarily known for motocross stuff, the fit is nice and snugg, the noise is all but gone,I had a problem last night with my glasses fogging up, but I just removed the breath guard and it quit.I had problems finding this helmet for what ever reason, nobody in the US has them,and they are quite desirable every where else.They are running in the $650 range on a couple of web sites,Just do a search for either axo, or RR6helmet.
