Hey guys. I have a problem, and I know a lot of you run Bluetooth headsets in your helmets. I just picked up a chatterbox xbi2 full face kit. In general, I like it. It pairs with my iPhone easily, loves the gps and I can hear my music just fine without cranking the volume. The issue is that when I'm actually riding and trying to talk to someone, neither of us has a f'in clue what the other is saying. My mic isn't too close to an air vent, and I'm not trying to chat while trying to join the 200 club, just putting along after 35-40mph it sounds awful, almost like the noise canceling isn't working. Have any of you had this happen? Got a fix? Should I go back to cycle gear with my recipt and beg for a q2? Thanks!

Make sure your battery is fully charged. I have the X1 bluetooth and it works fine.

Make sure the mics are facing the right way visors are down an closed an that the lid has that cover under chin. See if that helps to pin down the problem.
