That's crazy, glad the biker was unhurt. He's a lucky man!

And the mini van driver drove the rest of the way to home to hollar to his wife he had been rear ended and was gonna go back.??? Yeah, only half a block but what if the cyclist had of gotten hung on back of van or under it? Honestly they should charge the van driver for fleeing the scene or something. Makes you wonder what people think of now a days.

Ummmmm... this may sound weird.. but HTH do you not notice someone flying into your car? I'm sure it wasn't silent... and Why the he// did he drive all the way to his house to turn around and drive back? This makes no sense to me at all. ??? Am I the only one?

:poke:???:poke::poke:

Absolutely ticket the driver for fleeing! :rulez: There is NO way even with a convertible you could have someone thrown into your car and not notice Fully expected to see the post date on that to be April 1...

Reminds me of watching a older guy back-up into a car in a parking lot, when I yelled "HEY!" as he drove off he stopped and rolled his window down and goes "I didn't think I hit that car" ??? yeah dude, didn't think you did but you knew just what I meant when I yelled "HEY":moon:

If it were up to me a "hit and run" you would get 10x the punishment minimum...

No you are not the only one, he knew he was in an accident and left the scene didn't even bother to see if someone was hurt but no crime was committed. They didn't site the motorcyclist for running into the back of the van, driver and rider must have had different stories as to what happened.

He could probably see his house. New he was in an accident, knew his window busted, but didn’t see the guy (out of panic) and wanted to tell his wife.

At first I was like how the heck do you know someone FLEW into your car.

Still should get a ticket for running!

C'mon guys...it's either deal with the long arm of the law or an angry soccer mom about trashing her precious minivan.:whistle::rofl:

Seriously, glad the rider was unhurt regardless of who's at fault. Not many can walk away from a collision like that let alone no injuries.

his house was less than a half a block away. told his wife he'd been in a collision and he needed to head back for paperwork. low on cell minutes maybe?
