According to the latest data aquired from the Zuki Engineers, that particular F1 Button was not up to factory specs and was definately not rated for the 30 WPM ( Words Per Minute) it was subjected to. Further test revealed has the operator followed the guidelines specified in the manual a button capable of 44 WPM should have been in place.
Warranty will be denied...
