Hey guys just an update regarding insurance assessment...
Well, if that would be up to me I would burn them down...
Here is why...
Forks are bent - not caused by accident
windscreen cracked - not caused by accident
Left frame knee guard - not caused by accident
Left panel ripped off - not caused by accident
engine overheating (damaged radiator) - not caused by accident
Bike went sideways at 40MPH and slammed into road curb, but they say those damages are not caused by accident. WTF????

I could go on and on... Bottom line is that they are trying to dismissed damages which are vital to bike's safety. I requested 2nd opinion by different assessor. I see what he has to say.
and people say lawyers are bad...
