busa 2004 missing when hot need solution

dear all m really disparate with this problem i had recently changed all plugs put new engine oil and every thing new but in sun time (hot HRS) it starts missing i didnt understand what is this problem but inn evening and night its riding like champ please anyone have any idea guide me will be very thankful for you....

Could be a number of things, check ignition coils.... or she could be running rich or lean.....Air/fuel ratio

How did the old plugs look when you pulled them? Were they black? If so, it is an indication you are running rich. Also, have you checked for cracked, broken, or disconnected vacuum lines?
