Think the dealer will just order parts? I put brembos on the bike but if I can get an additional set of brakes....

Doubtful
Most dealers aren't going to give you the recall parts, as they have to install them to cover their own azz.
But, it's only a stock master cylinder.
I wouldn't worry about it unless you decide to sell the bike and return it to stock, as the recall will be available for many years, and you could have the old stock mc replaced then.

They finally got my master cylinder in last week. I dropped the bike off Wednesday picked it up Thursday and the lever felt very spongy. I told them and we agreed I'd take the bike and see how it felt in a day or so. NOPE not right. I took it back in Saturday after work and they bled the brakes again and viola! All is right with the world FINALLY. This seems to be a not uncommon problem after having the recall master cylinder installed. If you get the recall done and the lever has any squish to it take it back and have them fix it. I went for a four ride yesterday and it was all good.

It tis what it tis my good sir. At least it's all done now. I downloaded and printed the service manual and I know a guy with his own shop that has years of building and racing the Busa so I'll have him do my valve check when it's due. I'll use the dealer for tires since I have the tire and wheel protection. They will install my tires for free as well as price match.
