ask you coater to apply clear uretane powder over orange.
it will prevent scratches. clear powder cost nothing...

Is already is two coats of powder. The base coat is metallic gold with a transparent orange on top. You can't see it in the pics, but it sparkles nicely (kinda like the Gunmetal Grey paint

).

It's funny, but even my old, retired dad said, ""Why didn't you coat the front pegs black?"

I guess I'm the only one who sees it differently - lol.

When I look at my busa now, I don't see it as a customized bike, I see it like it "should" have come from the factory. Does that make sense?

I just finished my winter mods!  I decided to go BOLD!  

New "Illusion Orange" powdercoating on the wheels, grab bar, bar ends, slider caps, etc..  Matching emblems as well!
