I think the key to victory was stated in the video, the bike was far faster exiting the turns.

That bike needs under lees than 6 sec. to 62.. not to mention any further.

this was a race to see how much will the car loose... it did not loose big time, so its good, pretty good !
a m/c cornering speed is lot higher then the car, acceleration from 30-90 is much better.
Lot of people think that just because the 0-30 times are not great on most m/c they will not be much faster then a car. The lack of traction blocks the bikes at the 0-30 times after that they are the king.
