i have the material and can powder coat it any color you want. it just wont be precut or shaped.

I got a set off fleabay for fairly cheap with epoxy. Just do a search on there.

When I got mine on E-bay they had black ones as well. Mine also came with epoxy. They were a pain in the ass to install. When you get ready to then a hair dryer will be your best friend. That Epoxy took forever to dry and you have to stand there holding it!!
