I seriously doubt people will forget they are unemployed, that gas is over $4.00 a gallon in many places now, and that our national debt is causing us to fall from grace.

If I remember correctly, there was some frustration that Bush directed more of our armed forces to Iraq, rather than Afghanistan, which allowed Osama to get away in the first place...

Again, who caused this problem, and who is left with the mop trying to clean up this mess. Our president may or may not be making the right decisions, but the fact is that he is cleaning up a mess that wasn't made by him.

Am I missing something? Am I the only one that understands that when dealing with the world's largest economy, things are going to take time? More than a couple years.

Totally agree, things do take time to fix, and to develop as well. Everything bad Obama inherited did not come from Bush. For instance it was Clinton's adminstration that pushed for more loose credit arrangements to increase consumer spending, ask all those folks who lost their homes how that went. Direct result of this action? Wallstreet meltdown and Obama fixes by printing more money further devaluing your dollars. Furthermore, do you think all the intel and experience in trying to capture Bin laden by the Bush administration was kept from Obama? No he benefited from it. Look, everyone in Govt. makes mistakes, so lets just agree to disagree on the cause and effect and get togther on fixing it. Finger pointing gets nothing done, just look at what is going on on Capitol hill for the last 2 years.....
