Yeah Saw that the other day, It looks intentional, If you look, he is stuck on the left side and the car doesnt lurch back over, like she didnt notice him. She rides the left side of the road till it comes to an end, then SUZUKI :-(

tailgating, riding dangerously close to blind spot, excessive speed, I call it dumbass noob. Bad thing and I dont wish it on anyone, but

I would have to say that both were at fault.....unsafe distance and pass by the bike and lack of blinker and observation by the car. Cant tell if the bike had its blinker on?

The car could not move back over when the bike was next to it because they were next to the car they were passing.
