Beauty personified and a tribute

Stirring Moss passed yesterday at age 90. What a great driver (and) car. The reigning F1 champ Lewis Hamilton was lucky enough to share a track with him recently. What a thrill, what memories he must’ve had.

Sadly....all the greats are leaving us.....

He was indeed one of the greats. Racing required a different skill set back then, Stirling Moss was the personification of those skills.

In this day and age of health and safety it defies logic.

Acrimony in this thread? I read the accompanying article and Stirling also took a lap w/o a helmet. Posing for pics is not like taking a flying lap.
