Most cops seem to folow the no chase law in Maryland but there are exeptions, especially the state police. I think that "running" is a decision that will come so fast, that you won't think clearly. Bad decisions come from not thinking things through. So my opinion is... think before you act. There are a lot of " I should of " stories out there from guys who made bad decisions.

my friend was clocked at 140 and stopped the officer was so amazed he pulled over, he didnt even ticket him...at all,

Wow, I confessed on the spot I was around 140-150 but wasn't watchig the speedo, My focus was on the road. Trooper said he finally got a lock on me at 104, thats what the ticket was written for.
