Subject: watch how fast you drive - new cameras!!!!

Drive slow or you'll pay for it. DPS has rolled out mobile cameras

throughout the state, and they're now starting to put up stationary

cameras

too.

The first nine wil be up and running by October 22nd (they're starred

When finished, there will be a total of 60 stationary cameras and 40

mobile

ones throughout Arizona. If you get a ticket for going 10 miles over the

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit!

That's a really comprehensive list, and very timely

I have seen two new ones on the east bound 101, and wasn't too happy about it. I guess it's one more reason to get out of town to enjoy riding.

Thanks for putting it up, brother. VERY much appreciated!

WHAT?!?!?!? how do they expect me to do my hillbilly dyno pulls on I17 at 2 am. I swear this state gets worse and worse. They need to open a dragstrip in carefree now.

on another note, a friend of mine had to recently go through traffic school and was told in class that photo radar is already almost impossible to enforce on bikes especially if the rider is wearing a helmet because they cannot get a clear look at the riders face and at that point it would be almost impossible to identify who was actually riding the motorcycle.

Great info Brett. I really appreciate it. At least (not that its good) all the cameras are around town. Fortunately nothing out in the boonies yet. Howerer, DPS is running photo radar in both directions just past florance junction. I have also seen them in Gold Canyon quite a bit.

Positive ID is crucial to a case. What a hassle, though...in the interim.

Good luck you guys. :beerchug:

I called Rich, who is on his way and gave him a warning. I believe he is coming in on I'10. I just reread the list. Man those cameras go from 55 mph speeds to 75 mph speeds.... Crazy

Did you mention the stretch just east of Quartzsite??

It's not on the hot list that JUSTANOVA posted, but DPS likes to target that area.

No... I didn't know. Rich is pretty a savy guy though, and I'm sure he is gonna figure out what going on...
