I am highly curious how Ducati electric bikes will look, feel, and ride.

Ducati Ghost will be probably launched this year.

I've seen hybrid motorcycles used in a military application, they seemed to always be broken....they were made for SOF but nobody trusted them.

I'd say they are coming to us but would be a better option than a full E motorcycle.

They won't be hybrid, full electric or if you still want the excitement you can be first for a flying personal chopper

I’ll keep my gas truck/bikes with manual transmissions as long as I can. Unfortunately, I’ll probably find myself With no options but shopping for electric in the future if I make it to retirement, since I just turned 37 last month and my Tacoma and busa might not be alive in 28 years.

Do you really think that sooner or later we will all drive electric? Those oil countries will never allow that. But I do think that the internal combustion engine as we know it, eventually will disappear.

The evolution of the ICE has been ongoing ever since it's inception...and it's gotten better and better but I think it's at the end of it's ability....

EV and hybrids are the next option and they will have to be evolved as well....companies are throwing R&D into EV and although they are working hard at producing a viable platform, the governments aren't moving at the same pace......once the infrastructure is in place, EV will be more viable.

We will still need petroleum regardless...

Hydrogen is the future. Once they figure out the little niggles of it, it will be the way to go. They could change existing pumps over to hydrogen and the infrastructure will already be in place. They will change one pump here and there, then eventually them all. Toyota Miira

This is the future.

Be interesting to see how they would apply Hydrogen to motorcycles...the combustion of it is simple enough, I was thinking of the storage...

Might not translate well into motorcycles but for the car industry

Maybe,

I can imagine a sort of "scuba" type tank under a fake gas tank to hold the Hydrogen...

It's a simple thing for the auto industry and I can imagine conversion kits being made available which would alleviate the huge cost of replacing a vehicle.
