Yes, that's the one they're talking about. It's around $450.

Some do, but the Vance&Hines clears fine, and not my bike pictured.

A tune or pc3 I assuming would also be needed if the header is added?

Not a NEED, the bike will run good and not run lean. It will of course run much better with a good dyno tune.
