He is checking the shipping company's website for the status of the plenum he shipped.

Possible solutions to this conundrum:
Get away from the computer.
Go out to the backyard. Dig a hole.
<best one> Put the computer mouse in the garbage disposal, crank it a few times. Solved. No more obsessive clicking.

Hi. Data on Star Startrek tested the theroy by watching it and not warching and they always boild at the exact time.
