Yeah man, I was thinking the same . . . don'tcha love the '@boost by smith' harness configuration, just so tidy, he's a craftsman of electrics for sure!
Man, the RCC stuff is so quality and beautifully built too. The price reflects the quality also. Love it.

Is that the NLR clutch or what clutch do you have?

Your shift rod looks flipped upside down, are you using GP shift configuration?

Shifts just setting on there because chains not on yet and it's an Anderson clutch who is the inventor of it.
