If you have the chance to 3D print any part of the bike to make it lighter keeping in mind the safety always wich one would you make?

not durable doesnt mean it doesnt work. when your pivot the fuel tank up and down, that bracket flexes. its not a longer term part imo.

When pivoting the tank i always try to do it when empty. In the dropping weight dep. And for my needs it works fine and just right.

if u put a straight edge under the main support bracket and pivot the tank up and down as you do normally for basic service you can see it bends a little. when the tank is mounted. the weight is distributed and everything is fine. functional is not the same as durable. sometimes a person has to compromise.
