thats one of the main reasons my daughters father is not around... Ive seen the damage first hand. Had no idea until I was already pregnant. He hid it very well from his family and me until the stress of the pregnancy sent him over the edge... Nasty stuff.

No worries Dino. Its like my kiddo having a walking "just say no to drugs" tacked to her brain. Hopefully she will learn from her fathers mistakes and just stay away from that crap.

I did an hour work out today....not sure how may calories I burned off. I'm still figuring out the wii fit plus.

My wii age was 26...To bad I don't feel it.

I have upped my water intake and totally changed my eating habits. I am trying to be of the mindset that I CONTROL what goes in my body and how much!
