2008 the same paint code as 2009 models

found a rear black seat cowl on ebay for a 2009 busa. 2009 and 2008 models are the same color code (pearl nebular black) and the cowl's are exactly the same, correct? Even though i just bought an aftermarket cowl to mod, thought about grabbing this one just in case i end up breaking my cowl again, like i did the last one i modded. Almost impossible to find these things used, this is the first one i've seen in a while
