Yes they will bolt up to the flanges, but the mounting tabs are off by a little. I put my mufflers from my old 02 on the 08 with some work, like rewelding mounting tab on left side and making a small bracket for right side. I also painted them semigloss black to match stock color. I'm selling them for $45.00 perfect shape if you want them. I can email pics if you want. Selling them because I found a pair of yosh slipons on ebay for $75.00 in great shape
