I came across this site

And as per the calculation if you use 18 front and 40 rear your top speed will be 212.89MPH is this correct and realistic?

Which sprocket & combination do you recommend   for top end speed without compromising acceleration at low speeds?

Thanks

It depends on your horsepower. Some turbo guys use 18/40. If you are stock, you will not get anywhere close to 212 cuz you dont have the HP to do it.

Unless you have like a 30 mph tailwind, or dropping your busa from a 747.

Yes, I have VR stage 1 Turbo so maybe I will get lucky one day with the aid of wind/gravity to reach 212MPH

Am I compromising acceleration at low speeds ?

Thanks

I don't think the 18 up front is gonna cause you to loose any amout of acceleration that you will notice...Anyway when your boost hits your rolling near warp...And for instance if a bike did jump you at the beginning you would be well past it before the end...
