07 CBR manual

My friend just bought an 07 Honda CBR1000RR.
Does anyone know where I can download a free service manual?
The few I have found want credit card info, aren't in English, or the download simply won't work.
I'm mainly looking for torque specs, have to put tires on and going to change brake pads, maintenance stuff, ect.

There are a couple options listed for the CBR1000RR; I believe the 2004 manual covers 2004-2007

The are pretty large and the downloads can take a bit depending on your network speeds.
