04 Limited Edition Busa

I just bought an 04 Limited Edition Busa. It is completely stock, I want to slam it in the front. Maybe not all the way down but real close too it. What is the best and or cheapest way to do this.

The cheapest way, in my opinion, is to replace your top triple clamp. Change out the clamp, losen the bolts on the 2 lower tripple clamps and slide the tubes up. Go to ebay and put in this item number 180619738185. That will give you an idea of cost. Just be carefull with lowering it too much. You must take into account the travel distance on your front forks when slamming. If you have to set the front down hard after a wheelie and you didn't take into account fork travel you will end up smashing the bottom of your header tubes on the pavement . Not to mention the fairing getting messed up also. I lowered my 06 1" and have set it down hard without any damage. To get it lower at the strip I use a lowering strap. Congrats on the new 04.
