Blue gauges.com and a gear indicator that runs off the factory gear position indicator so I have no lag. Love'm both.

I got it back in about 5 days. I sent mine in and had bluegauges.com install it. I liked the fact he can change the lcd to blue and illuminate the needles. It also has a dimmer dial that I was unaware it came with that's pretty cool.

Just a FYI the gear indicator came from http://home.satx.rr.com/eks/eks_concepts.htm

I did not use the TRE part and he will build them without the TRE I just had him leave mine on incase I get bored and try it one day.

Those guages are awesome. I could definitely stare at those. Since I don't have a Hayabusa yet, I guess that is all I can do for know.
