To ad a question to this can you go with no base gasket and a .018 head gasket. With stock pistons, and cams. Will there be enought clearance and will last. :laugh: I just melted a piston in Ohio over the weekend with a little to much Nitrous or should i say not enough gas. LOL. I know not...

I had an idle issue once after flashing and come to find out i unchecked something. So double check your flash program first. Make sure your idle control sensor is on. If thats not it im not too sure but im sure someone on here will give you an answer. Good luck

Thanks for the great info. I have been spraying a 100 shot in my air box all year at Maxton's Mile. I was using the ECU editor. Everyone was saying the stock 08 busa motor wouldn't hold up but she is running just a strong now as when i got it. I think i may bump it to 125hp or more for this...

Well I put a 100 shot on mine in Oct at maxton and did 200.976 and the record was 201.099. :banghead: That was in the Naked class. So yep it takes alot more HP. Just on engine it did 205 with fairings.

I cant wait. It will be fun Outlawbusa. Im Hooked on Naked bike racing. It was such a rush. You have got to try it next year. 200.976 Not too bad just wasnt fast enough for Maxtons record. Oh well. I want to do it again.

Hey Guys that head is mine on ebay. I have had two performance shops said they could fix it but Im not willing to fork out another dime on it. So if I get anything out of it I will be happy. Maybe it will be worth its weight in aluminum. Or someone can use the Ti vavles.

the valves dropped for the reason, i thought I had someone that knew what they were doing did the head work. I think he did a good job on the porting but the stainless valve he put in seized to the guides when it just built a little heat. All I did was a 6th gear roll on and at about 3500rpms...
