It actually rattles all the way to 8k and it does it in all gears. 3-4k at 6th is where it does loudest. So, I just seeking help to understand this abnormality so that I can correct it. ???

At 3k RPM, the bike runs about 50-55mph. So, its cruising speed on 6th gear. Its just that the noise will start to appear when u start to accelerate from there. Heard the same noise right there?

I had a broken wrist 10 years ago. Fell off my ZX7R. You shuld take time to heal it man. I went back to work the very next day with a sling and plastered. It didnt heal well. Take care.
