I liked the mellow tones of the Yosh RS3 Zyclones so much that I custom did the exhaust to keep BOTH cans after the turbo install. Now it is a mellower tone yet, but nobody ignores the sound of a wastegate blowing off...

Don't ask me... I thought the answer to, "How do I raise the front end?" was, "Add a turbo kit." hehehe or you could jack up the bike to hang the front end, loosen the top clamp and lower clamp and tap the forks down with a soft deadblow hammer and re-tighten.

I am having the same problem myself (the boiling sound seems to come from the coolant overflow resevoir but it's actually coming from the motor itself), and a bike mechanic friend of mine told me I probably have an air pocket up near the head (since the coolant line goes down from the radiator...

Better yet, fill the bottle with a little water and CO2 and put a purge button on it and run it out the sides of the bike so when you purge ppl think it's real hehehe

Where does the 18/44 gearing top out your first gear?  Just wondering, because 4 up in the rear is the same as going 2 down in the front yes?  I had a one down front sprocket and went back to stock after the turbo because it made the ride harsh (drivetrain lash) and it topped out gears too quick...

So, what gearing does everyone prefer for a Turbo Busa?  I had one down in the front for drag racing but after the Turbo install it seemed to be a waste of the higher RPMs during daily driving.  I ended up going back to stack but, now I'm considering going to one up in the front...

Ok, I call Bullshit! I run traps around 150-152MPH with a 250HP Turbo bike. There is no way you are pulling down a trap speed like that in the quarter on a stock motor, even at sea level. That would make your stock bike a low 9 sec bike...

Send it back and buy an MPS... mine works just fine and got me 3/10ths in the quarter...

I have mine mounted inside the tail hump with plastifoam encasing it. I'll get some pics if you need em but if you do the same, be sure to mount the pressure guage/fill end toward the rear for easier access.

Go with the MPS auto air shifter and be sure to get the optional horn/shift toggle switch and the on-board air compressor. The tank will fit nicely in the hump, is easily filled by unlocking the hump and can be disconnected for normal 2up riding. Electric shifters become unreliable faster, and...

There is a company out there that makes carbon fiber frames, fairings, etc, for the hayabusa. I no longer have the link though, since I ruled out the use, because it was prohibitively expensive.
